For sellers, commissions are negotiable and vary based on the services you choose. For buyers typically you don’t pay us any commission, the seller’s agent splits their commission with the buyer’s agent.

While we can help with any type of Real Estate we specialize in new construction homes, single family, condos, and townhouses.
